Accommodation and Meals
There are two types of accommodation, on-campus and off-campus. The first type is available at Churchill College, where the symposium and festival takes place, and can be booked through the event organizers. Payment for Churchill College rooms must be made to the organizers when you check in. We accept cash in British currency or checks drawn on British banks. Persons who wish to stay in off-campus locations must book directly with the hotel and make payment to that hotel.
Meals are available in the self-service facility of the Churchill College dining hall. Persons who stay at Churchill College get free continental breakfasts. If you stay in an off-campus location you should ask if they provide free breakfasts.
